London IFF 2016 Day 1

No Comment Yet

There’s always a buzz of excitement when we open any of our Festivals. This year in London was no exception – if anything there was more of a buzz in the build up to London.

Our welcome drinks, the evening before the screenings started was one of our busiest yet and day 1 of screenings kicked off with the largest crowd we’ve ever had at any of our screenings.

No Second Take brought around 300 people for their screening, which opened Room 2. Their audience included a lot of press from the Philippines which all contributed to a wonderful buzz around the Festival venue.

Day 2 also saw the fabulous The Answer, opening screening Room 3 with the enigmatic Filmmaker Pavan Kaul leading the way.

We’re delighted to see our opening day so busy and we hope that all of the Film Professionals have a wonderful week.

Don’t forget, all screenings are free so come along to the Festival to catch some incredible independent films.
